This is one of the many recipes I came up with on my own while experimenting with my various tea herbs. I bet you didn't realize tarragon would go nicely in a tea? It's flavor seems perfectly suited to blend with mint. So, if you have some tarragon up in your pantry now you have another use for it. This tea is best chilled, but it's good hot too.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon dried peppermint
1 teaspoon dried spearmint
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
Directions:
1. Assemble all the ingredients and place in a tea ball. Note: If you don't own a tea ball, then you can put the ingredients directly in the water and then strain out later.
2. Place tea ball in hot water and steep for 10 minutes.
