Mint-Radish Chutney

This is a nice tangy garnish for meats and veggies. We like it on pork chops.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup coarsely chopped tomato
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup thinly sliced peeled radish
1/2 cup firmly packed fresh mint
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic
1 -2 fresh cayenne pepper
Directions:
1. Place tomato and salt in blender.
2. Let stand for 10 minutes.
3. Add all remaining ingredients.
4. Puree until smooth.
