Mint Cucumber Salad

Cool refreshing summer salad.
Ingredients:
3 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded and thinly sliced
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt, to taste
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint
1 garlic clove, minced
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
8 ounces plain yogurt, can use vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons heavy cream
Directions:
1. Place cucumbers and onion in a mixing bowl.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl; mix well. Pour over cucumber/onion salad. Toss to coat well.
3. Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
