Ingredients:
4 cups packed fresh mint leaves
1/3 cup blanched almond
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup olive oil (plus extra if needed)
sea salt
black pepper
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients into a food processor or chopper and run it through until finely chopped. Makes about 2/3 cup.
