Its an extremely easy recipe, ideal for after dinner talk or teatime
Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry
1 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons icing sugar
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoons tia maria
Directions:
1. Cut pasty sheet into 1cm1/2 thick strips,the length of the pasty.
2. Lightly grease 4 pasty cone, wrap a strip of the pasty around each cone.]
3. Beginning at the small end, overlapping pastry lightly.
4. Place on greased baking tray and back in moderately hot over for 10 minutes until golden
5. Beat the cream with icing sugar, cocoa powder and Tia Maria until soft peaks form; chill.(A)
6. Gently ease pastry off the cone and cool. When completely cold pipe in mixture into the(A) into pastry cone and serve immediately.
