Mini Pepper Burgers

You can control the heat in these burgers to your liking. These are just plain yummy!!! Quick and easy!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground sirloin
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup breadcrumbs, plain
1 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Chop pepper and onion finely and set aside.
2. With your hands, mix together the sirloin, pepper and onions, sauce, crumbs, and spices.
3. Make small patties (about 4 for every 1/4 pound) and cook over the stove.
4. Serve over rice. YUMMY!
