Topping for Mini Muffins, Farmer Market fruits and basic Muffin Praline recipe. I.A.N.'s Farmer Market serves at the Farmers Markts around the Madison, Wisconsin area. Modified from original Spelt Blueberry Muffins With Struesel Topping Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup flour |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Sprinkle on top of mini muffins after removed from the pan.
3. Quickie recipe is 1 tablespoon each sugar, flour & butter plus 1 teaspoon each other spices.
