Mini Meatloaves

This is a very basic and delicious meatloaf! The Stove Top gives it a delicious flavor. Ive been making this for years.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground pork
1 lb lean ground beef
1 cup water
1/2 cup beef gravy, divided
1 (6 ounce) box chicken stove top stuffing mix
2 eggs, beaten
vegetables, of your choice chopped. i like to use mushrooms and onions (optional) or green pepper, and onions. (optional)
Directions:
1. PREHEAT oven to 400°F
2. Saute vegetables (if using) until slightly limp
3. Mix water and 1/4 cup gravy in large bowl.
4. Add meat, Vegetables (if using) stuffing mix and eggs; mix lightly.
5. SHAPE into five oval loaves on foil-covered baking sheet.
6. SPOON the other 1/4 cup of gravy over the loaves.
7. BAKE 30 minute or until cooked through (160ºF). Slice and serve with your favorite vegetables.
