small meatballs, about 3/4 inch diameter: 1 serving equals about 10,11 meatballs
Ingredients:
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 cup minced celery
2 eggs, beaten
2 t teriyaki sauce
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 t salt
1 black pepper to taste
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients together in large bowl
2. form 3/4 inch meatballs
3. Either: place meatballs in large skillet over medium heat and brown all aroun OR
4. Bake in 400 oven for 12-15 minutes.
