This is a weight watchers recipe that I modified to my own taste.
Ingredients:
250 g minced steak
30 g rolled oats
1/4 cup onion, grated
1/4 cup carrot, grated
1/4 cup zucchini, grated
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs
2 teaspoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 beef stock cube
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Shape into 2 individual loaves (approx. 5 cm x 10cm) place in a microwave-proof dish, cover with paper towels and cook on high power for 10 minute.
3. Stand for 2 min before serving.
4. Serve with your favourite gravy or a mushroom sauce.
