Mmm these are pretty good for something so low calorie
Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup banana
1/4 cup splenda
1/4 cup applesauce
2 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Mix flour, baking powder, and baking soda and salt in one bowl. In a separate bowl, mix banana, splenda, vanilla, egg whites and applesauce. Mix together and pour into 24 MINI muffin tins. Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes.
