Mini Ham Salad Sandwiches

Ham salad sandwiches - appetizer size (about 62 calories each!) In a full-sized sandwich (4 quarters), each sandwich would have less than 250 calories.
Ingredients:
16 oz chicken bologna
3/8 cup sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup miracle whip
20 slices slices square wheat bread
Directions:
1. Grind bologna. Place in medium bowl.
2. Add sweet pickle relish and mix well.
3. Add Miracle Whip and mix well. Add an additional tablespoon or two of Miracle Whip if mixture is too dry. (2 additional Tbls will add about 3 more calories per serving.)
4. Prepare 10 sandwiches, using approximately 1/4 cup ham salad per sandwich.
5. Cut each sandwich into quarters (square or triangles, your choice!).
6. Arrange on platter and serve.
7. NOTE: You may choose to use white sandwich bread, or make half wheat and half white.
