Mini Greek Meatballs

Low Carb and delicious. I serve with a yogurt sauce or a horseradish sauce.
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 small onion, minced
1/2 cup very finely crumbled feta cheese (measure after crumbling)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 large egg
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, plus more for baking dish
1 tablespoon dried oregano
4 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional, it didn't need it)
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
2 teaspoons all purpose greek seasoning
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Combine all ingredients in large bowl, using your hands to mix ingredients.
3. Lightly oil a 9 X 13 baking dish.
4. Shape meat into 1 tablespoon size meatballs and place on baking sheet.
5. Bake until browned and cooked through, about 20 minutes.
