This is my version of burgers. Nice to serve hot or cold. Any leftovers can be chopped and add to a cold pasta salad.
Ingredients:
1 kg beef, minced i use 3 star more fat
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 egg
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon onion salt
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper
oil (for frying)
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl by hand until combine.
2. Make a small burgers and fry in pan on both sides.
