If you like your burgers with cheese, add slices after baking, return to oven for 5 more minutes. These disappear SO quickly!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup minced onion
2 teaspoons butter
1/2 lb ground round
1 egg, beaten
1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon sage
1/8 teaspoon pepper
20 small rolls, split
Directions:
1. Sauté onion in butter for 1 minute.
2. Transfer to large bowl.
3. Add ground round, egg and seasonings.
4. Spread onto bottom half of rolls.
5. Put tops on rolls.
6. Place on baking sheet; cover with foil.
7. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
