Great little appetizers for the holiday! Ingredients:
3 pkgs mini fillo cups(45 pieces) |
1 whole round brie cheese,about 13 ozs.,5 diameter |
1/3c red pepper jell(or as much as you need) |
1/4tsp dried sweetened cranberries,chopped(or as much as needed) |
chopped rosemary |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Place fillo shells in mini cupcake pans. Trim entire rind from cheese;cut cheese in 45 pieces. Place 1 piece cheese in each shell. Combine cranberries with jelly and rosemary. 2. Divide evenly among cups. Bake 10 to 12 mins or till cheese is melted. |
