Mini Beef Rolls

another simple recipe from the ground beef cookbook.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 -4 tablespoons onion soup mix
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
25 miniature dinner rolls, split
1 (12 ounce) jar dill pickle slices
Directions:
1. in a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until meat is no longer pink.
2. drain.
3. add cheese, soup mix and mayonnaise.
4. cook and stir over low heat until the cheese is melted.
5. spread 2 tablespoonfuls over roll bottoms.
6. top each with a pickle slice.
7. replace roll tops.
8. wrap in heavy-duty foil and place on baking sheets.
9. bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through.
