low cal vegetarian soup
Ingredients:
1 tsp olive oil
1 large onion
2 cups mushrooms
1/2 red bell pepper
700 ml diced tomatoes
700 ml water
1/2 cup of green beans
1/4 cup corn kernels
2 tbsp lentils
1/2 tsp marjoram or oregano
1 clove of garlic
1/2 tsp paprika
1 pepper
1/3 cup dried noodles
Directions:
1. Heat the oil in a large pot and saute the onions, mushrooms and peppers.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients except the noodles. Simmer for 20 mins.
3. Break up the noodles and add to soup. Simmer another 20 mins.
