A kind of runny dough, filled with a savoury minced meat, topped with dough and baked. Really tasty!
Ingredients:
1 cup milk (250 ml)
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil (125 ml)
1 cup cake flour (250 ml)
2 teaspoons baking powder (10 ml)
3/4 teaspoon salt (2 ml)
cooked minced meat
cheese
Directions:
1. Beat the milk, eggs and oil together.
2. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
3. Combine the two mixtures until there is no lumps.
4. Grease a muffin pan.
5. Pour a bit of dough in the bottom.
6. Put a tablespoon of minced meat on top.
7. Put a piece of cheese on top.
8. Cover with more dough.
9. Bake at 450 deg F (232 deg C) until golden brown.
10. Serve hot or cold.
