Mimi's Parmesan Cheese Bread (Bread Machine)

This is good with any pasta and sauce or toasted. It is a fine-grained bread; just the right consistency. Use freshly grated Parmesan cheese if you can, if not the cheese in a jar is fine. Makes good sandwiches.
Ingredients:
1 1/8 cups water
3 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
3/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
1 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons yeast
1 cup water

Directions:
1. Put into the bread machine in the order that the manufacturer recommends.
2. Basic cycle; light crust; loaf size.
3. Watch after it begins to knead to see if you need more liquid or more flour as you want it the right consistency-add a little at a time till it is right.
4. Cool on rack.
