Ingredients:
8 oz chicken breast, cubed
1 cup seedless grapes, halved
1/2 cup diced red onion
3 stalks celery, diced
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips
1 cup blanched slivered almonds
1/8 cup low fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain yogurt
Directions:
1. Boil chicken, cool and cube into small pieces. In a bowl, combine chicken, grapes, red onion, celery, basil, almonds mayonnaise and yogurt. Mix well; chill and serve over bed of romaine lettuce.
