Millies Fried Rice

This could actually pass for vegan, there are no animal byproducts included.
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked long grain rice, (not instant)
4 tbs vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 to 1 tsp black pepper, to taste
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup frozen vegetables, peas, corn, carrot, whatever you have on hand.
Directions:
1. Heat oil in pan. Medium high.
2. Stir fry onions and garlic till onions are clear, be sure to not over cook garlic, when it starts to smell nutty, then you are close to over cooking.
3. Add soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar.
4. Slowly add rice a little at a time, stirring contantly till rice is uniform in color.
5. Add in frozen veggies. Still stirring.
6. Stir fry till veggies are heated through.
7. Enjoy!!
