Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk or 1 cup soy , vanilla is good
  • 2 pieces toast

Directions:

  1. Heat butter in saucepan until melted
  2. Add flour and stir constantly for about a minute
  3. Add milk and stir constantly until mixtrue thickens quite a bit, meanwhile make your toast and jam it
  4. When sauce is done, pour it over toast or have a bowl for dipping
  5. Enjoy.
