Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 quart half-and-half
1 cup brandy
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
nutmeg
Directions:
1. Bring sugar and 1/2 cup water to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat, and cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until syrup consistency. Let cool.
2. Stir together cooled syrup, half-and-half, brandy, and vanilla. Serve over ice. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
