I'm not a big fan of milk chocolate (I really love dark chocolates) but my husband loves it; anyway someone gave us a bunch of milk chocolate bars so I found a way to use them.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sugar

2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows

4. Combine sugar, evaporated milk and butter in heavy medium saucepan.
5. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, to a full rolling boil.
6. Boil, stirring constantly, 5 minutes.
