Ingredients:
4 cups fat-free half-and-half
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1 (14-ounce) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well with a whisk. Cover and chill at least 8 hours.
2. Pour mixture into the freezer can of an ice-cream freezer, and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Spoon ice cream into a freezer-safe container; cover and freeze 2 hours or until firm.
