This is my own recipe for chili powder. Its not a copycat of anything i have used or tried. Just the results from the R&D of my own tastebuds.
Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon mexican oregano (not italian oregano)
2 teaspoons garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon instant minced onion
1 1/2 teaspoons masa harina cornflour
Directions:
1. Mix together,store in cool and dry place.
