Mikeys Cheese Dip

This dip has been a party favorite in my home for years. We enjoy it with Fritos or Corn Tortilla chips. I have also had family put it over hot dogs , chili dogs, and even hamburgers on occasion.
Ingredients:
1 lb. velveeta cheese
i 10 oz. can of cream of celery soup
6 jalepeno peppers
1/2 cup milk
1 medium sized onion
1/4 stick of butter
garlic powder ( to taste )
salt ( to taste )
white pepper ( to taste )
Directions:
1. Cut your Velveeta into 1 inch cubes ( it will melt so much faster
2. Remove the seeds from jalepenos and dice into small pieces.
3. In a medium size sauce pan add the butter over LOW heat.
4. Saute onions until translucent.
5. Add the soup and milk and cook over low heat.
6. Add the Velveeta small amounts at a time until melted completely.
7. Add the jalepenos.
8. Add Salt, Pepper and Garlic to taste ( a pinch of each is what I use )
9. Cook over LOW heat stirring often so the mixture does not stick.
10. Continue stirring until ready to serve.
