Supposedly this is from Commander's Palace in New Orleans - it is awesome for brunch or on Christmas morning!!! I sometimes use Bourbon instead of brandy, but that's just my taste!

Ingredients:

1/4 cup vanilla extract

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 cup half-and-half cream

2 cups milk

1/2 cup brandy

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients and serve chilled.
