Ingredients:
1 cup mung bean sprouts
1 cup walnut pieces
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 avocado, diced
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
salt and pepper, to taste
