Ingredients:
1 cup quick-cooking rice
1 (3 1/8 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups whole milk
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, except milk, in a microwave safe casserole. Mix well.
2. Add milk. Stir until smooth.
3. Microwave on high for 10-12 minutes or until boiling.
4. Stir halfway through cooking.
