I haven't made this yet, but am storing it for future reference.
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice
14 1/2 ounces condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in large microwave proof bowl.
2. Cook uncovered on medium, 50% power for 6 minutes.
3. Stir 4-5 times.
