Ingredients:
1 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
1 apple, chopped with peel
2 cups water
1 tablespoon raisins
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup skim milk
1 pinch nutmeg
Directions:
1. Place oatmeal, water, spices, apples and raisins in a large microwave container and microwave on high for 5-6 minutes or until oatmeal is thick.
2. Allow to stand for a few minutes and serve with skim milk.
