Microwave Chocolate Cake

You have to try this to beleive it. I have had this recipe for years shared by a friend. Now that microwaves have higher wattages, you might have to cook in less time since micros have more wattage power!!!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
3 tbs baking cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup cold water/ or cold brewed coffee
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla or almond flavor
Directions:
1. Combine the dry ingredients.
2. Combine the liquids.
3. Stir both together till well blended.
4. Pour into a slightly oiled 9 inch square glass or pyrex pan or small microwave fluted mold or a small microwave tube pan for a festive look.
5. Cook high heat ( use turntable ) 6 to 8 minutes or until cake tests done in center.
6. Cool completely in pan.
7. Store airtight as microwave baked goods tend to dry out faster.
8. To serve, cut in pieces and serve with a chocolate pudding or sauce over the pieces.
9. Note: I have had this recipes for years and of course used a much lower microwave wattage? 650 watts I beleive.
10. My suggestion is cook in less time and check for doneness.
