Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup uncooked oats
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Place apples in 1 quart casserole.
  2. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. Microwave 2 1/2-4 minute.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients in another bowl.
  5. Microwave 1 1/2-3 1/2 min until bubbly.
  6. Stir and spread over apples.
  7. Microwave 4-6 minute until apples are tender.
