Microwave Acorn Squash

Great side dish, quick and simple.
Ingredients:
2 medium acorn squash
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
4 teaspoons honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Cut squash in half; discard seeds. Place squash cut side down in a microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 10-12 minutes or until tender.
2. Turn squash cut side up. Fill centers with brown sugar, butter and honey; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Cover and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes or until heathed through.
