A family favorite. Good and Hearty.
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 - 10 oz can of diced tomatos w/green chilis
1 - 15 oz can of kidney beans
1 - 6 oz can of tomato paste
salt, cayenne pepper & chili powder to taste
Directions:
1. Brown Beef and Onions together
2. Drain and rinse
3. add all other ingedients
4. Simmer for 10 minutes or so
5. I serve hot over white rice
