So easy to make, the cinnamon flavor makes a delicious taste in these cookies. You can also use any other kinds of nuts instead of the pecans.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup chopped pecans
227 grams butter, softened
1/2 cup powder sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup powder sugar
1 tsp cinnamon.
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Mix flour, salt and pecans. Cream butter and sugar till fluffy, add vanilla and beat again.
3. Gradually, add flour mixture to butter mixture till dough forms. Shape into marbles. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes till golden. Remove and place on a wire rack till cooled. Dust with powdered sugar followed by cinnamon.
