Ingredients:

2 15 oz. cans black beans – drained and rinsed
1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes with green chilis – drained
1 11 oz. can niblets corn – drained
1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 c. chopped green onions
2 t. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1/2 tsp. cumin
tortilla chips

2. In a bowl, toss beans, tomatoes, corn, cilantro, onions. Add wine vinegar, salt, garlic and cumin and mix well. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight to blend flavors. Serve with tortilla chips
