Mexican Style Yogurt Dip

Another classic Dannon recipe. 2 hr chilling time needed.
Ingredients:
2 cups dannon plain nonfat yogurt
1 cup prepared salsa
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves (optional)
Directions:
1. In a small bowl combine yogurt and salsa.
2. mix well.
3. Spoon the yogurt mixture into a strainer lined with a coffee filter.
4. Place a bowl under the strainer to catch the liquid (whey) that drains off.
5. Cover and refrigerate 12 hours
6. Discard liquid.
7. Add cilantro.
8. mix well.
9. Add salt and pepper to taste.
