THESE ARE A GREAT PARTY APP. AS GOOD COLD AS WHEN WARM. MADE THEM FOR CINCO DE MAYO PARTY. THEY WERE GONE IN 15 MIN. Ingredients:
flour tortillas cut into (8) 3-4 circles |
oil to fry |
4-5 cloves garlic diced |
2-3 tbls onion diced |
6 cups spinach chopped |
4-5 slices bacon chopped |
2 med mushroom chopped |
1/2 cup cream |
2 tbls crushed cashews |
1 2 cup parmesan cheese |
1 can petite diced tomato |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. FRY TORTILLAS IN OIL 2. DRAIN ON PAPER TOWEL 3. IN A SMALL AMOUNT OF OIL FRY GARLIC, ONION, BACON & MUSHROOM 4. ADD CREAM, SPINACH & CASHEWS; LET THICKEN 5. SEASON WITH SALT & PEPPER 6. PLACE A SMALL AMOUNT OF MIXTURE ON EACH TORTILLA 7. TOP WITH PARMESAN CHEESE 8. PLACE TSP OF DICED TOMATO IN CENTER |
