Mexican Shrimp Cocktail

Was at Costco earlier today and they had wild caught Oregon Pink Shrimp to my delight! Today was the warmest day I can remember here in a while so it put me in a summer mood to make this. Make it as spicy as you like! Read more !
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of organic ketchup
1/2 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
juice of 1-2 limes
2 tbsp fresh cilantro (or parsley), finely chopped
3 tbsp red onion, finely chopped & rinsed
generous dashes of your favorite hot sauce
small cooked shrimp, 15-20 per person
1 ripe avocado, peeled and diced
lime wedges, for garnish
Directions:
1. Place your cocktail glasses in the freezer to chill.
2. In a bowl mix together all your cocktail sauce ingredients. Add shrimp and stir to coat. Add avocado last and gently fold in, being careful not to mush the avocado. Refrigerate for at least an hour then spoon into chilled cocktail glasses. Garnish with lime.
3. p.s. if your sauce seems to thick for you, just add a little water.
