This is a very tasty and healthy salad. It’s a great break from a dinner salad. It can be used as a side dish or eat it as a main dish.
Ingredients:
1 head lettuce
3 tomatoes
1 medium white onion (chopped)
1 (15 ounce) can ranch style beans (washed and drained)
1 (8 ounce) package grated longhorn cheese
1 (12 ounce) bottle of catalina french dressing
1 (9 ounce) package of small fritos corn chips
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients together together except the Fritos and dressing.
2. Chill for two hours.
3. Add Fritos and dressing just before eating.
