Low Fat salad
Ingredients:
2 oranges, peeled and diced
2 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 cup frozen corn kernels, thawed
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
4 tablespoons red onions, minced
6 tablespoons italian dressing
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
salt
pepper
2 tablespoons cilantro, minced
red leaf lettuce
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in medium bowl.
2. Blend dressing and lime juice.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add to salad with cilantro and mix.
5. Line plates with red leaf lettuce.
6. Mound salad on lettuce.
