Ingredients:
3/4 cup(s) white rice
1 1/2 cup(s) chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
1/2 cup(s) bell peppers minced
1/2 cup(s) white or yellow onions minced
1/2 cup(s) tomatoes cubed
Directions:
1. Fry rice in Tblsp oil until opaque
2. Add veggies and cumin and stir for a few minutes
3. Add broth Bring to boil
4. Cover and cOok on low for 20 min
