I got this recipe from a Mexican restaurant in Cumming Ga.
Ingredients:
1 lb white american cheese, from the deli
1 cup milk
jalapeno
Directions:
1. In a double boiler heat milk. Shred cheese and add to the milk a little a time, stirring constantly.
2. When milk and cheese are mixed well add the jalapeƱos along with some of the liquid from the jalapeƱo jar.
3. Stir to mix.
