Ingredients:
1 cup black beans
1 cup fat free refried beans
6 toasted corn tortillas
1 cup green peppers
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
Directions:
1. Place layer of broken toasted tortilla ( or corn chips ) on bottom of loaf pan.
2. Layer beans, refried beans, salsa, canned green chile peppers.
3. Add another layer of chips and repeat.
4. Bake until done.
5. Maybe add a light layer of cheese.
6. Add layer of sour cream.
7. Maybe olives.
