Easy slow cooker recipe. I'm sure you could add meat to this but we have never tried that.
Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans mexican-style tomatoes, undrained
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
1 (12 ounce) can whole kernel corn, undrained
2 medium red potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 cup salsa
1 cup cut up green beans
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in slow cooker.
2. Cover and cook on low heat 6 to 8 hours or until vegetables are tender.
