Mexican Meatloaf

Chili powder and zesty picante sauce give this meat loaf a nice Mexican flavor.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 (16 ounce) jar picante sauce, warmed
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine first 7 ingredients, then add beef and mix well.
2. Pat into greased 8 x4 x2 loaf pan.
3. Bake uncovered at 350F for 1 hour or until juices run clear; drain.
4. Top with picante sauce.
