Mexican Meat Pie

A good family dish. You probably could use leftover taco meat.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 fresh tomatoes, chopped (canned ok)
1 can rotel tomatoes
salt & pepper
12 corn tortillas
1 (16 ounce) can ranch style beans
1 lb velveeta cheese, thinly sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions:
1. Brown meat with onion and pepper.
2. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper.
3. Arrange in a 9x13 dish, one layer of tortillas, meat, beans, and cheese.
4. Repeat layers.
5. Top with soup.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until bubbly.
